Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in commercial and consumer lending with at least 5 years working with SBA loans or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and knowledge of SBA regulations and government-guaranteed loan requirements.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite SBA loan requests in accordance with Fidelity Bank policy and government guidelines.
• Assist Business Development Officers with pre-flighting loan opportunities and negotiating loan terms.
• Collaborate with Analysts and Credit Risk Review Officers to achieve goals and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide support in all areas of credit and help identify efficiencies in credit projects.
• Demonstrate teamwork and facilitate effective communication and workflow.
