Responsibilities

Build and manage business banking relationships through networking and referrals.
Interview loan prospects and process loan requests.
Develop a Personal Business Development Plan for the designated area.
Collaborate with Branch Manager to ensure quality referrals and relationship building.
Represent the Bank in the community and participate in at least one organization.
Analyze credit risks and prepare credit packages for review.
Monitor loan portfolios to maintain credit quality and profitability.
Ensure compliance with Bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
