Job summary

Amazon is hiring for a Sr. Satellite Integration and Test role to lead end-to-end verification of payloads, ground gateway, and customer terminals. You will work with cross-functional teams to design test campaigns, execute performance tests, and troubleshoot complex issues in lab environments.

The role requires 10+ years of lab testing experience, strong Linux and Python skills, and familiarity with RF test equipment. Mastery in integrating new features end-to-end is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of satellite and/or cellular lab testing experience.
• Experience with Linux, networking basics, and RF lab equipment configuration.
• Experience with test development in Python or similar language.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute a test campaign with functionality and performance across satellite, ground gateway, and terminals.
• End-to-end functional and performance testing including ground equipment, satellite, terminals, and cloud services.
• Expand lab test coverage by integrating with test equipment and vendors.
• Troubleshoot deeply: collect data, analyze logs, identify root causes.
• Draft and maintain documentation for test verification and status tracking.
• Automate test execution and analysis to improve efficiency.
