Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior-level consultant in the US utilities practice to lead digital transformation initiatives, focusing on energy retail, customer experience, and operations. You will manage client relationships with senior executives and guide programs from design through delivery.

The role requires SAP and Meter to Cash proficiency, strong leadership, and the ability to drive value across large engagements, including travel up to 100% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in SAP.
• Expertisein Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
• Expertisein major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve asa primaryclientcontact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring alignment with client businessobjectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance, drive revenue growth, and support customer-centric transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams,guidingjuniormembersandensuringproject delivery meets quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations.
• Lead business development activities byidentifyingnew opportunities, crafting proposals, andrepresentingAccenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
• Activelycontributeto thought leadership, staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the energy retail sector.
• Drive team development and growth by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work
