Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior consultant within the Utilities Practice in the United States. You will lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational improvements.

You will serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, guiding cross-functional teams through complex programs. The role requires 3+ years in the Utility industry, 2+ years SAP experience, and expertise in Meter to Cash and CIS

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in the Utility Industry and customer service project delivery.
Minimum 2 years of functional SAP experience.
Expertise in Meter to Cash operations and related technologies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate’s degree requires minimum 6 years.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and revenue growth.
Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring delivery on time and budget.
Lead business development by identifying opportunities and representing the Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technology advancements in energy retail.
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture.
