Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP-focused delivery lead who will drive complex SAP engagements across S/4HANA and SAP BTP. You will manage client relationships, program economics, and engagement planning, while coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

You will travel 40-60% to meet client needs and operate within EY’s hybrid delivery model. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of delivering SAP-based transformations.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
