Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP-focused delivery leader to manage complex engagements, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful client outcomes. You’ll lead multiple activities, drive revenue, and collaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-scale SAP solutions.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and the ability to translate client needs into technical SAP configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE operating model and hosting options (e.g., GROW).
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors/partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Travel to meet with external clients (40–60% expected).
