Job summary

EY is seeking a seasoned SAP and data strategy leader to drive complex SAP engagements across client environments in the United States. You will oversee delivery, risk management, and client relationships while guiding multi-disciplinary teams through planning, execution, and closure of engagements.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and RISE, with consulting experience and strong communication. Travel will be frequent as engagements unfold in diverse client settings.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
