Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP/ERP consultant to lead delivery of complex SAP projects across S/4HANA, SAP BTP and related technologies. You will manage client relationships, drive revenue, and provide leadership across activities while traveling to client sites as needed.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience, consulting background, and proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale solutions with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Ensure quality and risk management across complex processes and solutions.
