Job summary

EY is seeking a SAP delivery leader with 5–7 years of S/4HANA experience to drive complex engagements across SAP, data analytics, and technology integration. You will manage client relationships, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and risk controls.

Travel 40–60% is expected for client engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate client needs into SAP solutions, and coordinate with vendors to deliver enterprise-scale implementations within EY’s Data Management &

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
