Job summary

EY is seeking a senior SAP delivery leader to drive complex SAP engagements across S/4HANA, BTP, and related systems. You will manage client relationships, ensure quality and risk controls, and guide multi-disciplinary teams in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

Travel 40–60% is expected as you coordinate with clients and partners. A strong consulting background and hands-on SAP experience are required to succeed in our Data Management & Strategy practice.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years of S/4HANA implementation, migration and integration experience.
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
Hands-on SAP BTP development, integration and analytics.
Knowledge of SAP Rise operating model including GROW and hosting options.
Proven leadership of technology teams and vendor coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for the engagement.
