Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a strong focus on quality and risk management.

You will engage regularly with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required as needed by external clients, with a 40-60% travel expectation.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
