Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead the delivery of SAP transformation projects and guide teams toward high-quality, risk-aware outcomes.

You will work with external clients through sessions from planning to closure, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and RISE to modernize core processes and data. Travel 40–60% is expected, with EY offering a hybrid model and broad career growth.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with a strong focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage regularly with external clients, participating in working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Travel may be required as needed by external clients.
