Zusammenfassung

Ethereum Technologies is seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead technical design, develop integration specs, and coordinate testing across SAP SuccessFactors EC and external systems. You will own API queries, data mappings, and integration center jobs, while partnering with middleware teams and payroll vendors to ensure secure, accurate data flows.

You will also drive the Workday transition, assess existing integrations, and participate in parallel testing and cutover readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of HRIS experience with at least 5 years SAP SuccessFactors EC integration.
• Deep SF data model knowledge: Person/Employment objects, Job Information, MDF, foundation objects.
• Expert-level SAP SF OData and CompoundEmployee APIs, including delta/exact filtering.
• 5+ years building/supporting SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
• Experience with SAP CPI and Informatica IICS for interface troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-width formats, SFTP, and PGP encryption.
• Experience in integration testing, QA, and production support.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Aufgaben

• Design and document integrations for inbound/outbound SF EC connections.
• Develop and optimize API queries and delta logic for accurate data flows.
• Build and support Integration Center jobs with various data formats.
• Coordinate payroll and vendor integrations for data replication accuracy.
• Collaborate with CPI and IICS teams to resolve mapping and data quality issues.
• Plan and execute comprehensive testing across hires, transfers, and terminations.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and governance artifacts.
• Support Workday transition with requirements mapping, testing, and cutover.
