Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC integrations.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data model and object relationships.
• Expert-level proficiency in OData and CompoundEmployee APIs; troubleshooting skills.
• 5+ years of experience developing Integration Center jobs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development coordination, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data mappings, and API queries.
• Build and maintain integrations using CSV, EDI, OData, and SOAP formats; ensure secure data flows.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, middleware teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support Workday transition through assessment, mapping, redesign, and cutover readiness.
• Plan and execute unit, system integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Maintain documentation and provide HRIS governance and sign-off evidence.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance requirements.
