Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead design, development, testing, and support of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and external HR, payroll, and enterprise systems. You will translate business requirements into robust technical specifications, data mappings, and API queries, collaborating with HR, Payroll, and middleware teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HRIS experience, incl. 5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors EC integrations.
• Strong understanding of SF data model: Person, Employment, Job Information, Compensation, MDF objects, foundations, picklists, effective dating.
• Expert-level in SF OData and CompoundEmployee APIs, incl. queries, delta extraction, filtering, troubleshooting.
• ≥5 years developing/supporting SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS; trace flows, analyze messages, collaborate with middleware teams.
• Hands-on ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-width formats; SFTP connectivity; PGP encryption.
• Experience in integration testing, defect management, root-cause analysis, production support.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and cross-team communication; Agile delivery experience.

Job description

• We are seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead the technical design, development coordination, testing, and support of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and external HR, payroll, and enterprise systems.
• This role serves as the key integration authority within the HRIS team, translating business and vendor requirements into robust technical specifications, data mappings, API queries, and integration solutions.
• The specialist will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, middleware teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate, secure, and reliable employee data flows across systems.
• The role will also support planned transition to Workday by driving integration assessment, requirements mapping, solution redesign, parallel testing, and cutover readiness.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of HRIS experience, including at least 5 years of hands‑on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
• Strong understanding of the SuccessFactors data model, including Person and Employment objects, Job Information, Compensation, MDF objects, foundation objects, picklists, and effective dating.
• Expert‑level proficiency in SuccessFactors OData and CompoundEmployee APIs, including query development, delta extraction, filtering, and troubleshooting.
• At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
• Working knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS, including the ability to trace integration flows, analyze messages, and collaborate with middleware developers on issue resolution.
• Hands‑on experience with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, CSV, and fixed‑width data formats, along with SFTP connectivity and PGP encryption.
• Experience in integration testing, defect management, root‑cause analysis, and production support.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendor teams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
