Job summary

CTG is seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead the design, development, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC integrations with external HR/payroll systems. The role emphasizes building mappings, data flows, and robust API queries, while coordinating with middleware teams and vendors to ensure data integrity.

Responsibilities include testing across lifecycle events, production support, and guiding the Workday transition.

Qualifications

• 8+ years HRIS experience with 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors EC integration.
• Experience in designing and troubleshooting OData/CompoundEmployee queries.
• Experience supporting payroll integrations and enterprise data exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and support of SAP SF EC integrations with external systems.
• Develop and maintain mappings, data flows, and technical specs.
• Design and troubleshoot SuccessFactors OData and CompoundEmployee API queries.
• Build and monitor SF Integration Center jobs using CSV, EDI, OData, SOAP with SFTP/PGP.
• Validate integrations with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView.
• Collaborate with CPI and IICS teams to troubleshoot interface failures.
• Plan and execute end-to-end testing across lifecycle events.
• Provide production support and maintain docs and test evidence.
• Assist SF to Workday transition with mapping redesign and parallel testing.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, middleware, and vendors to manage dependencies.
