Resource 1 LLC seeks a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead technical design, development coordination, testing, and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC integrations with HR, payroll, and enterprise systems.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, and middleware teams, ensuring secure data flows, mapping consistency, and timely issue resolution. The role also drives the transition to Workday through assessment, redesign, testing, and cutover preparation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years HRIS experience with at least 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC integration experience.
• Deep understanding of SF data model: Person, Employment, MDF objects, foundation objects, and effective dating.
• Expert-level proficiency in SF OData and CompoundEmployee APIs, including delta logic and filtering.
• 5+ years developing and supporting SF Integration Center jobs.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS.
• Hands-on with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-width formats; SFTP connectivity and PGP encryption.
• Experience in integration testing, defect management, and production support.
• Strong communication and collaboration across HR, Payroll, IT, and vendor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, document, and maintain technical specs, mappings, and data-flow diagrams for SF integrations.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SF OData and CompoundEmployee API queries.
• Build, configure, and support Integration Center jobs (CSV, EDI, OData, SOAP) with secure connectivity.
• Maintain and validate SF integrations with ADP payroll systems; resolve replication errors.
• Collaborate with SAP CPI and Informatica IICS teams to resolve interface issues.
• Plan and execute unit, system integration, and end-to-end testing for hires, transfers, terminations, etc.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and governance with test evidence.
• Support Workday transition activities: assessment, redesign, parallel testing, cutover.
