Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC seeks a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead design, development, testing, and support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations with external HR, payroll, and enterprise systems.

You will coordinate with HR, Payroll, middleware teams, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable data flows and drive the Workday transition through assessment, mapping, testing, and cutover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 8+ years of HRIS experience with at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration.
• Strong understanding of SF data model including relevant objects and effective dating.
• Expert-level proficiency in SF OData and CompoundEmployee APIs, including queries and delta extraction.
• 5+ years developing and supporting SF Integration Center jobs.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS for interfacing.
• Hands-on with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView payroll integrations.
• Proficiency in XML, JSON, CSV, fixed-width formats, SFTP, and PGP encryption.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration design, documentation and data flow diagrams for SF EC inbound/outbound integrations.
• Design, optimize, troubleshoot SF OData and CompoundEmployee API queries and delta logic.
• Build and maintain Integration Center jobs using CSV, EDI, OData, SOAP and manage connectivity.
• Own payroll integrations with ADP Celergo and ADP GlobalView, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with SAP CPI and Informatica IICS teams to resolve interface issues.
• Plan and execute unit, system integration, and end-to-end testing for various HR events.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and governance with test evidence.
• Support Workday transition through requirements mapping, testing, and cutover activities.
