Job summary

Robotic Technologies Automation is seeking a Senior HRIS Integration Specialist to lead technical design and development of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and external HR, payroll, and ERP systems. The role acts as the integration authority within HRIS, translating business needs into data mappings, API queries, and robust integration solutions.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, middleware teams, and vendors, support Workday transition, and ensure secure, accurate

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
8+ years HRIS experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC integration.
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors data model (Person, Employment, Job Information, MDF, etc.).
Expert-level in SuccessFactors OData and CompoundEmployee APIs; delta extraction & filtering.
5+ years building and supporting Integration Center jobs.
Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and Informatica IICS; troubleshooting interfaces.

Responsibilities

Design, document, and maintain technical specs, data mappings, and data flows for SF EC integrations.
Develop and optimize SF EC API queries (OData, CompoundEmployee).
Build and support Integration Center jobs (CSV, EDI, OData, SOAP); manage scheduling & security.
