Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) invites a Senior Engagement Solutions Analyst to join our Customer Success team.

This hybrid role is based at our Houston Headquarters, focusing on translating business needs into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions and coordinating with HR Operations and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HRIS, including SuccessFactors or similar systems, and at least 3 years in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least eight (8) years of HRIS experience that includes supporting SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, timekeeping, and/or payroll system implementation and/or integration projects.
• At a minimum of 3 years in a client facing and/or account management role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Superior critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Project Management/Change Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships by translating business needs into HR system solutions and coordinate with various teams to resolve issues.
• Lead project planning, scope definition, and execution support for HR system integrations and change initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure quality of all deliverables.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust as needed to stay on schedule.
• Create and maintain project documents including plans, schedules, and reports.
