Qualifications

• 15+ years of transformation and consulting engagement experience.
• Experience in a big four consultancy or SAP SuccessFactors portfolio management.
• 5+ years of customer engagement or implementation experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to engage CHRO level and influence strategic direction.
• Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module is a plus, preferably EC.
• Able to work as a team player within a diverse team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence SAP HXM transformation programs for strategic customers.
• Drive HR technology growth with focus on business growth and transformation delivery.
• Conduct design thinking workshops to promote innovative HR solutions.
• Help customers build HR transformation strategy and plans.
• Advise on HRIS and cloud tech to support transformation and change management.
• Engage customers through workshops and events to access product and functional expertise.
• Provide PoVs and thought leadership to accelerate adoption and value realization.
• Build strong customer relationships to unlock new business opportunities.
