Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least ten (10) years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience including design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder partnership.
• SAP SuccessFactors module certifications or accreditation.
• Strong functional/technical knowledge of enterprise HR tech platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow or similar clouds.
• Experience leading large HR tech projects including implementations, enhancements, releases, stabilization, or post-go-live support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for assigned HR technology capabilities, leading design, configuration, enhancement evaluation, release readiness, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with affiliates, HR, IT, Legal, vendors and third-party teams to design scalable HR tech solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions through hands-on implementations, integrations, testing, and stabilization activities.
• Lead issue resolution with root-cause analysis and clear ownership.
• Evaluate platform releases and emerging functionality, develop test scenarios for business readiness.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, business requirements, and process documentation.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams to improve proficiency.
• Build trusted relationships and identify opportunities to improve customer experience through technology.
• Ensure solutions align with HRIS governance, security, data integrity, and compliance.
