Elevate Search LLC in Houston seeks a senior HRIS professional to advise clients and internal stakeholders on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite and related HR technology. You will translate HR processes into technology solutions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

The role blends HRIS consulting, customer success, and project management, requiring strong communication and analytical skills, and experience in client-facing environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Business/HR.
• 8+ years of professional HRIS experience.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or another enterprise HRIS platform.
• Experience with HR technology implementations, integrations, upgrades, or major system enhancements.
• At least 3 years in a customer-facing, consulting, account management, or stakeholder-facing role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technology, reporting, and human capital data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and/or change management.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
