Job summary

Perk Inc. seeks an Implementation Manager for Travel & Spend to lead complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will be the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding ERP rollouts and financial transformations with CFO-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate internal resources and external consultants, drive change management, and shape implementation methodology to deliver rapid value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and/or complex ERP integrations.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformations.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers focusing on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Deliver custom setups, workflows, per diems, and compliance frameworks.
• Advise on SAP and ERP integrations; troubleshoot and guide best practices.
• Coordinate integrations via ERP connectors and Perk’s OpenAPI.
• Lead internal resources and external consultants; align with Sales and Account teams.
• Drive change management and ensure smooth launch and adoption.
