Job summary

Perk is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager, Spend Platforms, to lead complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will be the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding customers through ERP rollouts and financial transformations with senior stakeholders.

The role requires deep SAP/ERP expertise, strong finance knowledge, and the ability to coordinate IT teams, consultants, and leadership for successful adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, and/or extensive ERP integrations.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.
• Strong change management skills and confidence driving a recommended solution forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers with a focus on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations, as well as ERP platforms (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics F&O).
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Travel programs.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, Per Diems, and compliance frameworks aligned to platform configuration.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and ERP integrations, advising on best practices.
• Support the technical configuration of complex integrations through Perk's OpenAPI.
• Coordinate internal Implementation resources with customer IT and external consultants.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting and compliance expertise to drive short time-to-value.
• Support change management efforts and successful adoption within customer organizations.
• Mentor implementation team members and help shape global methodology.
