Job summary

Perk is seeking an ERP Implementation Manager to lead complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers, acting as the SME on SAP Spend and Invoice projects. The role requires deep ERP expertise and the ability to coordinate CIO-level stakeholders, IT teams, and consultants to achieve seamless adoption at high complexity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ SaaS, ERP consulting, or Finance experience.
• Proven expertise in SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and/or extensive ERP integrations experience.
• Deep financial and compliance acumen with ability to engage CFO-level stakeholders.
• Strong track record of delivering large-scale ERP/CRM transformation projects.
• Exceptional leadership, coordination, and solution design skills.
• Strong change management skills and confidence driving a solution forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers focusing on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage C-level stakeholder relationships across Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Deliver advanced custom setups including workflows, Per Diems, and compliance frameworks.
• Act as subject matter expert on SAP and other ERP integrations, troubleshooting and best practices.
• Coordinate internal and external implementation resources including Sales, Solutions Consultants, and external consultants.
• Influence finance leaders with accounting and compliance expertise to accelerate time-to-value.
• Support change management efforts to ensure robust launch and adoption.
• Mentor Perk implementation team members and shape global implementation methodology.
