Perk seeks an ERP Implementation Manager, Spend Platforms, to lead the most complex onboarding projects for global Enterprise customers. You will be the subject matter expert on SAP Spend and Invoice projects, guiding customers through ERP rollouts and financial transformations.

This role requires deep SAP or ERP expertise, advanced finance and compliance knowledge, and the ability to coordinate CFO-level stakeholders, IT teams, and consultants for seamless adoption and customer success at the

Qualifications

• 6+ years SaaS, ERP consulting, or finance experience.
• Proven SAP Spend and Invoice implementations expertise.
• Experience with complex ERP integrations.
• Deep financial/compliance knowledge for CFO engagement.
• Strong record delivering large ERP/CRM transformations.
• Leadership, coordination and solution design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for Enterprise customers focusing on SAP Spend and Invoice implementations and other ERP platforms.
• Manage relationships with CFO-level stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Procurement.
• Deliver advanced configurations including custom workflows, Per Diems, and compliance frameworks.
• Serve as SME on SAP and ERP integrations and advise on best practices.
• Support integration configuration through ERP Connectors and OpenAPI integrations.
• Coordinate internal resources and external consultants for implementations.
• Provide consultative direction to advance implementations with quick value.
• Drive change management to ensure robust launches and adoption.
• Mentor team members and help shape global implementation methodology.
