Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior SAP delivery lead to steer complex engagements across SAP BTP, S/4HANA, and integrations. You will manage client relationships, revenue, and delivery quality while guiding planning, execution, and closure of engagements.

Travel of 40-60% is expected; you\'ll work with diverse teams in a hybrid model, shaping solutions from strategy to execution and delivering enterprise-scale SAP implementations for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
