Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution Order Management Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP SD and OTC transformation programs across industries. You will drive end-to-end order management, governance, and cross-functional delivery to optimize fulfillment and revenue processes.

The role requires extensive hands-on SAP SD expertise, multiple full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, and strong leadership with client relationship management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years delivering SAP SD and end-to-end OTC solutions
• Minimum of 3 years configuring SAP SD capabilities
• Minimum of 5 years leading SAP implementation or transformation workstreams
• Minimum of 4 years designing integrations between SAP SD and SAP FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, Manufacturing, Planning, or external platforms
• Minimum of 4 years consulting or advisory experience leading client workshops and engagements (2 years in CMT and Software/Platforms)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD Order Management transformation programs across geographies, units, and sales channels
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligning with client logistics, fulfillment, and delivery strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
• Provide hands-on leadership for SAP SD order management design (order capture, ATP, pricing, contracts, and fulfillment)
• Lead Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives focused on process optimization and automation
• Review and approve functional specs, configuration docs, and test scripts
• Drive integration design across SAP SD, FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, and external platforms
• Lead SIT/UAT/cutover planning; develop configuration and test docs
• Mentor staff and support business development through solution innovation
• Travel may be required (0-100%)
