Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Order Management Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP SD and OTC transformations for CMT and High-Tech clients. You will own program governance, timelines, budgets, and risk, while guiding architecture decisions aligned to logistics and fulfillment strategy.

You will manage cross-functional teams, design SAP SD solutions (order capture, ATP, pricing, contracts, scheduling, EPC), and drive changes across ERP integrations

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years delivering SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on configuring SAP SD capabilities (order types, item categories, schedule lines, pricing procedures, ATP, backorder, etc).
• Minimum of 5 years leading SAP implementations or transformations incl. 3 full SAP S/4HANA cycles.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and delivering integrations between SAP SD and FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, Manufacturing, Planning, or external eCommerce.
• Minimum of 4 years consulting/advisory experience leading client workshops and stakeholder engagements (2+ years in CMT/High-Tech).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience of 12 years; associates require 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD Order Management transformation programs across geographies and channels.
• Oversee multiple workstreams; mentor consultants; drive solution design and integration decisions.
• Review functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts; lead SIT/UAT and cutover planning.
• Support business development through solution innovation and thought leadership; travel 0–100% as needed.
