Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP SD/OTC transformation programs for clients in the Communications, Media & Technology and High-Tech sectors. You will own governance, budgets, and cross-functional teams across geographies while delivering end-to-end SD solutions.

The role demands hands-on SAP SD design, billing/invoicing, pricing, contracts, and revenue integration with strong leadership, client relationship skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing, configuring, delivering OTC and SD solutions including billing/invoicing.
• 3 full SAP S/4HANA implementations with functional lead capacity for SD/OTC workstreams.
• 4+ years in sales operations, order fulfillment, pricing, billing and revenue lifecycle processes.
• 3+ years delivering SAP SD/OTC solutions for CMT and High-Tech industries.
• 3+ years of consulting or advisory experience leading client workshops and design sessions.
• Bachelor's degree or 12+ years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD/OTC/Billing transformation programs across geographies.
• Own program governance, timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client logistics and delivery strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on SAP SD design including pricing, contracts, billing, invoicing, and revenue integration.
• Lead billing/invoicing transformation initiatives including recurring revenue and electronic invoicing.
• Review functional specs, configuration docs, and test scripts; drive integration design across SAP SD/FI-AR/Revenue.
• Lead SIT/UAT/cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
