Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Order Management Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across the Communications, Media & Technology and High-Tech industries. You will drive end-to-end SAP SD/OTC solutions, governance, and cross-functional leadership with global client teams.

The role requires deep SAP SD expertise, S/4HANA implementations, and strong client relationship management skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering SAP SD and end-to-end OTC solutions.
• 3+ years configuring SAP SD capabilities and integrations.
• 5+ years leading SAP implementation or transformation workstreams.
• 4+ years designing integrations between SAP SD and other SAP modules.
• 4+ years of consulting or advisory experience leading client workshops.
• 2+ years within CMT and High-Tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD Order Management transformation programs across geographies and sales channels.
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligning with client logistics and delivery strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants and clients.
• Provide hands-on leadership for SAP SD order management design and fulfillment.
• Lead Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives for process optimization and automation.
• Review and approve functional specs, config docs, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP SD, FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, and external platforms.
• Lead SIT, UAT, cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business development through thought leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
