Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Order Management Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP SD and OTC transformation programs for clients in the CMT industries. You will direct multi-geography delivery, manage budgets, and drive integration across SAP modules, with strong client leadership skills.

The role requires deep SAP SD expertise, track record in SAP S/4HANA transformations, and ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years delivering SAP SD and end-to-end OTC solutions.
• Minimum of 3 years configuring SAP SD capabilities.
• Minimum of 5 years leading SAP implementation or transformation workstreams.
• Minimum of 4 years designing integrations between SAP SD and related systems.
• Minimum of 4 years of consulting or advisory experience in CMT/communications industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD/OTC transformation programs across geographies and workstreams.
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with logistics and delivery strategy.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
• Review functional specs, configurations, and test scripts; supervise SIT/UAT and cutover planning.
