Job summary

Accenture in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Order Management Manager/Senior Manager to lead large-scale Sales, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue transformation programs across the Communications, Media & Technology and High‑Tech sectors. You will drive end-to-end SAP SD and OTC implementations with strong leadership and client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years delivering SAP SD and end-to-end OTC solutions including sales order management, pricing, contracts, scheduling, delivery, billing, invoicing, returns, and fulfillment.
• Minimum of 3 years configuring SAP SD capabilities including order types, item categories, schedule lines, pricing procedures, product allocation, ATP, backorder processing, and customer service integration.
• Minimum of 5 years leading SAP implementation or transformation workstreams with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Minimum of 4 years designing and delivering integrations between SAP SD and SAP FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, and external platforms.
• Minimum of 4 years consulting experience leading client workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder engagements in SAP SD and OTC programs, with 2+ years in CMT/High-Tech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of equivalent work experience; associates must have 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD Order Management transformation programs across geographies, business units, and sales channels.
• Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligning with client logistics, fulfillment, and delivery strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on leadership for SAP SD order management design, including ATP, back-orders, pricing, contracts, and scheduling agreements.
• Lead OTC transformation initiatives focusing on process optimization, order automation, and customer self-service capabilities.
• Review and approve functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP SD, FI-AR, EWM, TM, CRM/CX, CPQ, Manufacturing, Planning, and external platforms.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and support business development through solution innovation.
