Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Manager/Senior Manager to spearhead large-scale OTC, SD, and billing transformation programs for clients in the Communications, Media & Technology and High-Tech sectors. You will lead governance, architecture decisions, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP OTC/SD experience, 3 full SAP S/4HANA implementations, and strong client engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience designing, configuring, and delivering OTC and SD solutions, including Billing and Invoicing, pricing, and order management.
• Minimum of 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with functional lead experience in SD/OTC/billing/invoicing.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering SAP sales/ordering/billing/invoicing transformations for CMT and High Tech industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD/OTC/Billing transformation programs across geographies and units.
• Own governance, timelines, budget, and risk management for the program.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligning with logistics, fulfillment, and delivery strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on SAP SD design for sales order management, pricing, contracts, billing, and invoicing.
• Lead billing/invoicing transformations including subscription billing and intercompany processes.
• Review/approve functional specs, configs, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design across SAP SD, FI-AR, Revenue Accounting, BRIM, CRM/CX, CPQ, EWM, TM, and external platforms.
• Lead SIT/UAT/cutover planning; create config/test docs.
• Mentor junior staff; support business development with solution innovation.
