Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash initiatives. This role serves as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating requirements into robust system solutions and guiding projects from planning to implementation.

You will mentor team members, coordinate testing, and ensure data integrity while advising management on technology and process decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications, technical requirements, system designs, and test plans.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
Mentor team members, provide work directions, and stay current on technologies and industry practices.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective actions.
Lead projects from concept through implementation, including scope, planning, and knowledge transfer.
