Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Coordinator / Associate PM to support global SAP initiatives, including SAP ECC enhancement projects and transformation programs. This remote, 6-month contract role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing governance, stakeholder communications, and ERP lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in project coordination/PMO, 5+ years SAP experience (ECC), and strong skills in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT project coordination/PMO in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years SAP project experience (ECC) preferred.
• Strong PM tools knowledge (MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP projects through all lifecycle phases from initiation to deployment.
• Lead governance reviews and manage executive reporting and RAID logs.
• Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA initiatives, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
