Job summary
Global Business Ser. 4u is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP transformation for a SAP S/4HANA migration, coordinating vendors and internal resources through development, testing, change management and deployment. Go-live may require onsite work in Hershey, PA, with remote East Coast hours.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management (PMP certified).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing SAP projects (S/4 Hana preferred).
- Experience with MS Project, SharePoint and Clarity suit for project execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive scope definition with S/4 and legacy stakeholders and partners.
- Prepare project plans in MS Project and drive execution.
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate as needed.
- Analyze requirements, review budget and execute the project plan.
- Prepare weekly status reports and lead status meetings.
- Determine necessary business and IS resources and budget plans.
- Coordinate with S/4 and legacy teams across vendors and internal teams.
- Ensure each legacy system is tested with SME and Solution Manager.
- Follow ERP PMO and IS PMO standards and processes.
- Record hours in Clarity PPM weekly.
