Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners seeks a Senior SAP Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager for a remote 6-month contract. You will coordinate SAP ECC/S/4HANA initiatives across geographies, manage cross-functional teams, budgets, and governance, and ensure on-time delivery through all project phases.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and experience with SAP project lifecycles and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of project coordination or PMO experience in enterprise IT.
5+ years supporting SAP projects, preferably SAP ECC environments.
Strong understanding of SAP business processes and ERP lifecycles.
Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar.
Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate SAP projects through all phases from initiation to deployment and hypercare.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Monitor progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
Lead status meetings, governance reviews, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and executive reporting; ensure PMO compliance.
Support organizational change management, training, deployment planning, and communications.
Coordinate testing, cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-go-live support.
