Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of program management experience on contracts of similar size and complexity.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams in a DoD environment.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong understanding of the Government PPBE process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Excel).
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Washington DC.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP Eligibility (U.S. citizenship) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior program management oversight for all activities and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain an accurate cost accounting system.
• Define, establish, and manage the program baseline.
• Lead and oversee technical management teams at client sites.
• Manage relationships and performance of vendors and subcontractors.
• Advise leaders on workload distribution across teams and functions.
• Recommend staffing levels and organizational structure.
• Analyze and evaluate program performance and cost analyses.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Ensure effective communication, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders.
