Job summary

You will manage IMS integration, prepare PMRs, and brief senior management using government tracking systems, ensuring schedule adherence and compliance across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD cost/schedule management experience.
• Active PMP certification.
• SAP experience in acquisition programs.
• Occasional travel to GSUs may be required.
• Must possess an active Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of technical projects within the approved Acquisition Program Baseline (APB).
• Build and maintain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, integrating with WBS.
• Evaluate program health metrics and report status during PMRs.
• Develop and manage acquisition documentation (APBs, reports, SOWs, CDRLs, ESIS data).
• Draft source selection strategies and evaluation criteria for government review.
