Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an adequate and accurate cost accounting system.
• Establish and maintain procedures for effective data management.
• Manage all hardware and software configurations.
• Establish and control the program product baseline.
• Establish and maintain an R&M program.
• Provide management of vendors and subcontractors.
• Advise on staffing levels and skill mix.
• Analyze and evaluate operational effectiveness in meeting goals.
• Perform cost-benefit or economic evaluations of programs.
• Advise on automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Research and implement improved business practices.
• Gather and summarize information for stakeholders.
