Job summary

Kearney & Company in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Staff to provide integrated SAP-related business, financial and operational support to SPRG Chairs and Staff. You will oversee SPRG processes, support SAP improvement initiatives, and enhance budgeting and acquisi­tion activities across SPRG programs.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP environments, DoW financial oversight experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP organizational structure, PPBE, acquisition, and financial management processes.
• DoW acquisition and financial management oversight experience.
• Minimum 4 years leading projects supporting contracts of similar size and complexity.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Knowledge of SPRG and SAPCO procedures and processes.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Washington, DC.
• Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with SAP Eligibility (U.S. citizenship).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and senior-level support for PPBE activities.
• Support SPRG staff, meetings, working groups, and conferences.
• Assist with POM, PBR, and PB development and analysis.
• Provide acquisition management support aligned with SPRG processes.
• Conduct acceptance testing for budget formulation software solutions.
• Obtain, compile, and summarize information for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Extract budget and program data from accounting records, forms, and system reports.
• Relate organizational needs to budgetary figures.
• Support integration with OSW SAPCO and SAP governance processes.
• Ensure timely coordination across DoW stakeholders and SAP communities.
