Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
• Seven or more years project/program experience of similar size and complexity.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cost accounting system with accurate data.
• Manage data management procedures and vendor/subcontractor oversight.
• Oversee hardware/software configurations and program baselines.
• Advise on staffing, organization methods, and efficiency improvements.
• Perform cost-benefit analyses and explore automation opportunities.
