Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Production Planning engagements across client environments. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions while managing risk and quality.

You will oversee large client engagements, develop resource plans and budgets, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. EY offers a hybrid work model and a broad Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience in a functional consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including supervision of project teammates.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience with SAP functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with client objectives alignment.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen; stay current with industry trends.
