Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP technical specifications and lead complex SAP engagements. You will manage client relationships, oversee delivery, and mentor teams while maintaining high quality and risk controls.

You will drive engagements across SAP PP, MES integrations, and production planning with a focus on manufacturing processes. EY offers a hybrid US model and comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in functional consulting or configuration roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams, aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen, stay updated on trends.
