Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP engagements, translate business needs into technical specs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions. You will manage complex programs, guide client relationships, and mentor junior consultants while leveraging EY's hybrid work model.

You will apply deep SAP PP expertise to drive manufacturing and supply chain outcomes, collaborate across EY practices, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based team members.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with client objectives alignment.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay updated on industry trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and managing risks.
