EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager for our SAP Technology practice with deep PP expertise and a track record of leading large-scale SAP engagements. You will translate business needs into technical design, manage complex programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, value-driven SAP solutions.

You will engage with stakeholders to ensure demand, cost, and risk controls are aligned with client objectives while mentoring junior consultants and fostering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
5+ years SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional/ configuration role.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams with client objectives in focus.
Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
