EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP PP deployments and translate business requirements into technical architecture. You will drive complex engagements, manage budgets, and align solutions with client objectives while mentoring a diverse consulting team.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across EY practices, maintain risk controls, and deliver high‑impact SAP manufacturing implementations that enhance cost efficiency and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
At least 5 years of SAP PP experience in a functional or configuration role.
Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Lead large-scale SAP client engagements with alignment to client objectives.
Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, collaborative environment.
Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines.
